Allana was chosen to play for Australia at Rugby Sevens 2013, but subsequent knee injuries kept her out of the game. It took a few years for Allana to get back in rugby league. The first time Allana played in a rugby league game for women was in the year 2015. She was a good player against Queensland as well as representing New South Wales. Allana also has radio in her CV, and has made regular appearances on the 2GB's most rated Continuous Call Team. Allana Ferguson is a qualified educator outside the sport all over the world.
